Rylan’s mum revealed the name of her son during the channel’s Celebrity Gogglebox on Friday (July 1) evening, which left viewers puzzled. The channel aired a specially-themed episode celebrating Pride.
Linda was the subject of concern in the program when she was seen wearing an eating tube, however she sat down to watch a show with her son Rylan. She admitted that his name was not Rylan while they were talking in a trance, according to Birmingham Live.
Linda mistakenly blurted out her real name – ‘Ross’ which shocked many viewers. Rylan has had three names in his entire life.
He was named Ross on his birth certificate at the time it was first issued however, he was requested to change the name as the beginning of his early career. When he enrolled with an agency to model, it was said that Ross was boring and was instead known by the name of Kielan instead.
While visiting the branch from WH Smith in the area, the aspiring star turned his name book and stumbled across the section with the letter “R” when he came across his name Rylan and decided to adopt it. Gogglebox users were astonished at the news. @marcella_mcb tweeted: “How did I not be aware that Rylan’s real name was Ross for all these years? #CelebrityGogglebox.” @helenstebb said: “Rylan’s mum calling him Ross (his real name) just then #CelebrityGogglebox.”
