The Order season 3 begins from where the first chapter ended in the beginning, and features Knights in search of a way to retrieve their memories of the Order.
However, it was going turn out to not easy with dangerous demons, magicians, and cults (oh the horror!) in the fight to hinder them.
The second chapter opened the door for further episodes? Can the fight be over by the end of season 2 or is there more to be discovered by Jack, Alyssa and co?
The Order season 3 release date: when will it air?
Season 3 of The Order‘s fate was left up in the air. However, in a virtual Comic-Con@Home panel, producer exec Chad Oakes said that they are hoping to learn more the future of the show “in the next few weeks”.
“The fan and the audience response has been incredible,” he said. “We’re really thankful to everybody out there for watching. The love comes through in all the blogs and the reviews and everything else. So we’re cautiously optimistic, and we hope that we can have some good news soon.”
Unfortunately, that happy news didn’t materialize from the show’s creator as well as executive producer and writer Dennis Heaton announcing on Twitter that the show would not return for a third season honoring those who played a part in the show.
“For two seasons I was honored to work with an incredible cast and crew on The Order for @netflix. It is one of the best experiences of my career. Unfortunately, we aren’t returning, but I will always cherish the memories and the props I stole. Thank you all for watching,” the actor wrote.
Heaton also offered hints regarding what might have been to come in the event that “The Order” came back and revealed that Jack was planning bring back Alyssa off the ground, but Alyssa “was going to come back wrong”.
“Like, Pet Sematary wrong. Probably possessed by Zecchia. And a whole bunch of other corpses were coming back with her,” the author wrote.
In response to a fan that was asking if Vera could have gotten her powers back in the future, he said: “That was going to take a bit longer however, she’d be able to get her powers returned. And god be with us all. …”
He told a fan that he would like to return to the The Order’s world. The Order, writing: “In the back of my mind I’m hoping for a ten-year reunion movie”.
Actress Louriza Tronco who played Gabrielle wrote on twitter: “I had an absolutely amazing time being Gabrielle. Thank all everyone on the crew and cast and creative/executive staff… but foremost thanks to all the viewers for a memorable two seasons.
“Really wish we could have continued that magic, but I know everything happens for a reason and I will forever be bonded with #TheOrder family. At least I don’t have to feel guilty about all of The Order mugs I took from the office anymore. Love you guys and thank you for being a part of the journey.”
However, there’s still a chance! Season one premiered in the middle of March The second season will premiere on June 19, meaning it’s still relatively new product. The show’s loyal fan base and the show’s steadfast desire to continue the show could lead to it being acquired by a different network in the future We’ll keep you informed when something like that occurs. The Order season 3 cast : Who’s on the show?
Alyssa (Sarah Grey) had a rough moment in season two , when she was slayed by Gabrielle in the form of a werewolf, also known as Midnight. Her throat was cut and she was seen being taken by Jack in the woods with her Vade Maecum, an enchanting tome.
In any other universe this would mean all she had story, and her creator Dennis Heaton did joke (via Syfy) that “people die when their throats get ripped out by werewolves”.
It’s possible to do anything In the world of The Order and we’d like to be seeing Alyssa back in the event that the show is saved.
However, will she still be her former self?
There’s Jack Morton (Jake Manley), Vera Stone (Katharine Isabelle), Lilith Bathory (Devery Jacobs), Randall Carpio (Adam DiMarco), Nicole Birch (Anesha Bailey), Gabrielle Dupres (Louriza Tronco), Hamish Duke (Thomas Elms) and many more.
Alpha The sixth werewolf and leader of Knights of Saint Christopher, has been mentioned before, but we’ve yet to meet the man. Is he going to appear in season 3 with the others in the event that the show is renewed by another network?
We’re aware that The Order often throws in guest stars, too. And at Comic-Con@Home, Devery Jacobs shared whom she’d like to see as a guest on The Order: “At one point, Randall ends up saying Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is rumoured to be in the Order, and I’m just like, ‘AOC!’ I’m down for that! I’m ready to see it.'”
Chad Oakes, who also produces Van Helsing He had a different idea.
The camera was pointing at him and speaking to Cher (yes, Cher) and saying: “Sorry it didn’t work out on Van Helsing, but how about The Order?”
