“We have never stopped in trying to figure out what transpired Stuart. Stuart.”
Det Ch Insp. Jennings said: “It is no secret that Stuart’s father Terry is in a very bad state of health and he would like to be assured the justice that will be served.
“Now is the right time to provide any information, if it hasn’t been already done so in order to assist us in our efforts to get justice for Stuart and his father.”

He was detained in Cheshire on the 17th of March.
The Detch Insp Jennings stated: “For the last 20 years, we have repeatedly said the same two things have been consistent.
“One is the dedication by Essex Police to deliver justice for Stuart and Terry’s father. Terry.
“The second reason is that we are convinced that, of the people that were there on the night Stuart died, someone from the home is responsible. somebody knows the details of what transpired.”
