Rush Hour 4 seemed near to being made in 2019 , when Chris Tucker said he was still discussing the possibility of a fourth film with Jackie Chan.
It wasn’t the only time that a fourth film was reportedly near to start. In October of 2017, Chan revealed he had a script in mind and Tucker announced in February of 2018 that he was involved.
It was supposed to be made in 2018, but – spoiler alert ! it never took place. The fans were still exuberant when Tucker posted a picture of the two actors holding four fingers in each however there was more to be revealed.
The Chan’s management company issued an official statement shortly after the Instagram post to clarify that Chan had not signed a contract to be a part of Rush Hour 4 So it appeared like we were back to the beginning.
Since there’s been no news or any information about a possible fourth film So your opinion is just as valid as ours on whether it’s happening or it’s not.
Rush Hour 4 release date : The date for when Rush Hour 4 be released?
As long as the film isn’t in motion we’re not knowing the exact date of the fourth movie Based on the previous films and the trailers, it appears that we’ll receive a release later in summer.
Rush Hour came out on the 18th of September 1998. The sequel coming out in August 2003, and the third sequel on August 10, 2007.
It’s highly unlikely that the fourth film will begin production this year, which means you’re looking at 2023 as the earliest date for filming to begin. This would suggest the release of 2024 in the summer as early as possible.
But don’t expect to be held up for long.
Rush Hour 4 cast: Who’s returning in Rush Hour 4?
At present, we’ll assume we’ll assume that Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker will be back as the mismatched pair The Chief Inspector Lee and Detective James Carter.
It’s a little odd to have to wait for this long to make the fourth film and then go on with only one.

Solon Han’s daughter, Soo-Yung Han was also in the third and first films, but was performed in the third film by Julia Hsu ( Rush Hour) and Zhang Jingchu ( Rush Hour 3).
Don’t be expecting to see any characters in the cancelled television series just in case you had a question.
On the other side of the screen, don’t count on Brett Ratner to return as director again. He was the director of all three previous films, but had been accusing of harassment in 2017 from Olivia Munn, Natasha Henstridge as well as four others. He has denied all accusations.
