Rebekah Vardy Her former agent is set to sign a contract which will provide her with an details of the infamous Wagatha Christie court case.
Caroline Watt, 40, is believed to be in discussions with three major streaming TV companies about her interpretation of what transpired during the court case involving libel in the case between Rebekah as well as Coleen Rooney.
Coleen ran a sting operation in the year 2019, accusing Vardy on the internet of leaked personal stories concerning her to The Sun. Mrs Vardy has denied that she gave information to The Sun.
The High Court at the end of July, Judge Steyn declared that Coleen’s accusations were “substantially true” and she successfully won the court case and was called”the “Wagatha Christie” trial” due to the manner in which Coleen posted false information on her social media accounts to demonstrate that Vardy was the one responsible for leaks of information.
In this investigation, Caroline found herself being brought into the spotlight after it became clear that her mobile phone, which contained key evidence was thrown in the North Sea.
Watt removed her statement as a witness and refused to meet with lawyers because of her mental state just prior to the time the libel case started.
There is an allegation that this former air stewardess had been offered 300,000 dollars for a one-off documentary and Discovery, Netflix and Apple all competing for her trademark.
Watt’s contract comes following Disney+ announced last week they will bring Coleen’s take on events in a TV series of three parts.
The streaming giants announced that at Edinburgh TV Festival they had obtained exclusive rights to work with Coleen 36, and they have also given this show the name Wagatha Christie.
In announcing the project, they said in a press release: “The three-part series will show viewers the events that led to her famous Instagram blog post which ‘broke the Internet to the point to Coleen being a successful litigant for one of most high-profile UK High Court defamation cases brought against her by Rebekah Vardy.
“In a story for our times, Wagatha Christie will reveal how fiercely determined and resilient Coleen had to be in order to protect her family from the challenges presented by the traditional and social media landscapes.”
Rebekah is also believed that she’s considering two options to create her own documentary.
