Liverpool pre season results : Even though Liverpool have missed out on winning the Champions League and the Premier League this season, Jurgen Klopp’s team still achieved glory in both the FA Cup and the EFL Cup.

Liverpool 0-4 Manchester United
Jurgen Klopp’s first encounter with Erik Ten Hag as Manchester United boss ended in disappointment in Thailand. Jadon Sancho was the man to score the first goal in this Ten Hag era, before two quick goals scored by Fred and Martial brought the score to 3-0 at half-time.
Youngster Facundo Pellistri who was introduced following the break to replace Sancho and scored the fourth goal in an impressive display by The Red Devils, but Klopp did make a few changes to his team all through the match.
Liverpool 2-0 Crystal Palace
Liverpool performed better in Singapore defeating the Patrick Vieira-led Crystal Palace thanks to a first-half strike from Captain Jordan Henderson and one from Mohamed Salah moments after the break. Klopp switched his team around at the break, and Darwin Nunez given another 45 minutes.
RB Leipzig 0-5 Liverpool
Darwin Nunez finally left his impression on the preseason by scoring four goals in the second half of an 5-0 win over one of Germany’s most prestigious clubs. Mohamed Salah opened the scoring during the opening half , as Liverpool made another leap into the preseason stage with only one week left before the first of their many games in the coming weeks against Man City.
RB Salzburg 1-0 Liverpool
A young Reds were beaten 1-0 against German team RB Salzburg, who scored the only goal of the match in the 31st minute through Benjamin Sesko. Klopp began the game with a young frontline who were unable to make their marks.
Liverpool 3-1 Manchester City
The first Liverpool game played in the season began with them take home the Community Shield after a promising 3-1 win against Manchester City. Trent Alexander-Arnold was the first to score and Julian Alvarez equalised for City. Mohamed Salah restored the Reds lead through the help of a penalty. Darwin Nunez wrapped up the win with a goal in injury time.
Liverpool 0-3 Strasbourg
The Reds finished their preseason with a defeat , but they had an extremely young side following winning the Community Shield victory. Liverpool lost all three goals in the first 21 minutes, with Adrien Thomasson scoring a double for Strasbourg.
