Damian Lewis is currently in a new romance nearly a year following the tragic death of his actress wife Helen McCrory.

The mother of the singer, Vivian, spoke to the Daily Mail about her daughter’s relationship and stated: “I don’t know how the amount of criticism I’m likely to receive in this regard, however we are very excited for her.
“They have friends who are mutual. I don’t know exactly how they got together, but I’m happy with that,” she said. “If she’s satisfied that’s great. We are also content. I’m not yet meeting him, but surely I’d like to.”
On January 1, Damian offered a poignant tribute to the beloved wife, Helen, when he took part in a poetry show on stage at the National Theatre.
