Viewers were in tears after Anthony McPartlin announced it was the second to last episode of Saturday Night Takeaway. The hit ITV show is due to end next Saturday (April 9).
Ant revealed that it was the penultimate episode of the programm e, which he presents with Declan Donnelly, last night (April 2). The audience then booed the statement. He said: “Next week is the last in the series. So it’s your last chance to nominate someone for the last happiest minute of the week.”
Viewers were immediately disappointed and took to Twitter to comment. @AnthonySaunder2 said: “@antanddec noooo next week is the last in the series #SaturdayNightTakeaway.”
